The Heart Comes to Mind

This set design for created for The Heart Comes to Mind, play written by Lucas Ho. A middle-aged daughter moves back into her childhood home to take care of her aging father, after a recent death in the family. In the familiar hallways of this house, they contend with grief and care through the gestures of touching and sewing.

Due to the pandemic lock-downs, this set was not fully completed. And this performance has yet to be staged live.

This is a project by Checkpoint Theatre, for Esplanade, Singapore.
